Business & cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions - individual bookings:
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. For later cancellations, the hotel charges 100% of the first night's accommodation price. In case of no-arrival or cancellation of the stay during the accommodation period, the charge is 100% of the total accommodation price. - To guarantee the reservation, the reception may ask you to pay a 20% prepayment, which in case of timely cancellation
(within 2 days before arrival) refunded in full. - If you book directly (by phone, e-mail) and do not provide a payment card guarantee, the amount of the required deposit may vary.
- During peak periods (Easter, New Year's Eve) and holidays, different cancellation conditions and deposits may apply to the reservation of the stay.
We will be requested by the hotel in writing to pay the deposit for the stay. - Discounted non-refundable reservations made throught our online reservation system are subject to the corresponding terms and conditions.
Why did we introduce a deposit / prepayment system? We introduced the prepayment system due to the increasingly frequent occurrence of fake reservations, which are guaranteed by invalid payment cards. Thanks to prepayments, we can maintain attractive cancellation conditions (possibility of free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival)
and at the same time discourage guests, who do not act fairly. Cancellation conditions - group bookings (5 or more rooms):
ifferent cancellation conditions apply to group reservations of 5 or more rooms, which are always dealt with individually (depending on the reservation date). Extra bed & accommodation for children:
An extra bed can be added to selected room types. The price of an extra bed with breakfast is 650 CZK / night.
Children in our hotel:
One child under 3 years: free of charge without bed, 2 or more children under 3 years for a fee of 250 CZK / night.
Children over 3 years: according to the valid pricelist of accommodation or on an extra bed for a fee of 650 CZK / night.
Gastronomy at the hotel:
Breakfast buffet is included in every accommodation reservation. We serve breakfast daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Half board / full board for an additional charge to the reservation. - Children up to 12 years old (children's portion): 190 CZK / 380 CZK - Older children and adults: 260 CZK / 520 CZK Dining in our restaurant from the current à la carte menu.
